This Australian entity holds a Unique Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) regulated by ASIC, with a corporate history spanning over 30 years. The licence is active and has successfully passed its most recent audit in June 2025.

The AFSL authorizes the licensee to carry on a financial services business and includes a very broad and increasingly rare scope of permissions, covering deposit and payment products, derivatives, foreign exchange contracts, securities, managed investment schemes, life insurance products, superannuation, margin lending, and custodial or depository services for retail and wholesale clients.

The structure allows for either a full (100%) acquisition of shares or a partial share purchase, subject to agreement between buyer and seller. The licence is currently pending confirmation for additional permissions related to remittance and non-cash payments (NCP).

The company maintains active banking relationships, including an ANZ account and multi-currency banking with BCB. Additional operational accounts exist with B2C2, KuCoin, WCT Pay, and Acceptify, which may be included in the transaction.

There are six Corporate Authorised Representatives associated with the licence. While the existing client base is not included in the sale, the Responsible Managers are open to remaining, supporting continuity post-transaction.

This is a clean, long-established regulatory structure with permissions that would be extremely difficult to replicate today, making it suitable for sophisticated financial services, FX, crypto-adjacent, and payments-related business models seeking an Australian regulatory footprint.
